I do not mean football. But it is only right that we speak. I have paraphrased the title, in order to highlight the kick (chemical element) with Phosphorus – essential to all living beings – which helps brainpower, judgment, the readiness of insight … all that's missing to certain "characters" that occupy the "curve"of stadi… and not only. It is no longer acceptable as during football matches, the state must be present and, soprattutto, It must take place before and not after. You can not submit to a blameworthy "bullying"; normal football fans have the right to enjoy the spectacle proposed. I am reminded of a proposal: distribute Phosphorus to certain elements… così, perhaps, They could get out of that sub culture inhabiting, those expressions of gratuitous violence and material damage they cause. The fact remains that we must intervene, it is early.
